Q: Can I personalise my Cards and Invitations with my own wording?
A: You can personalise your invitations or cards with a wording of your choice or choose from a selection of templates. It may also be possible to include your own photograph in the design.
Q: Do you provide a sample service?
A: A sample service is provided, please contact us for details. These sample do incur a small charge but this will be refunded against any future order (excluding postage).
Q: Do you provide cards for birthday parties and other special events?
A: We provide a full range of cards and invitations for all occasions. Please feel free to provide your own pictures to fully personalise this stationery. Please contact us to discuss your ideas.
Q: What can be included in your wedding stationery service?
A: We offer a full range of wedding stationery, this could include Invitations, both Wedding and Evening reception, Place cards, Order of service, Wedding breakfast, Thank you cards and additional accessories e.g. favours, to match your chosen theme. All invitations and thank you cards come complete with inserts and envelopes. To discuss your requirements further please contact us.
Q: When should I place my wedding stationery order?
A: The general recommendation for sending out your wedding/evening reception invitations is about 3 months in advance of your special day. If possible, order your wedding stationery 4 months in advance, to allow for proofing and dispatch. But short notice orders may be accepted, please contact.
Q: Do you have a minimum or maximum order requirement?
A: There is no minimum or maximum order requirement.
Q: What are your Postage and Packaging costs?
A: Postage and Packaging costs will depend on the size of your order. This is chargeable on your order at cost. You will be notified in advance of this cost. Local orders may be collected.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes. A deposit is required. The cost of this is dependent on the size of your order, you will be advised of this at the time of placing your order. This deposit is non refundable. Full payment is required before your goods are collected or dispatched.
Q: What payment methods do you except?
A: We except Postal Order’s or Cheque's. Cash for local orders is accepted (Please do not send cash through the post).
Q: I need to make changes to my order?
A: Orders can be changed at any time however I do require at least two week notice. Late changes could incur additional charges.
Q: How do I cancel/amend my order?
A: If you need to cancel or amend your order please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations and amendments of less than two weeks notice may incur a charge.
